I helped ship new features straight from refining PRDs with the research and product management team, all the way into engineering and testing with users.

FEATURES
Campaign analytics and trends
Redesigned the existing campaign analytics pages, with a modern design and highlighted key components that the customers were looking for, and improved overall customisation of the screens.

Conducted A/B Tests for the campaign overview functionality
We spoke to over 15+ clients and product stakeholders, who gave us great insights into what worked for them in terms of analysing and comparing campaigns. This helped us tweak our design solutions to match user expectations perfectly.

We explored different tab styles. One, with the number of each tab acting as a clear dashboard for the campaign page while the other just acts a tab with the number of campaigns as a secondary information.


We also tried out different ways of data visualisation to better help users compare campaign metrics across different campaigns.

We used plain numericals for users to compare percentage values easily without the visual clutter.

We used bar graphs to group different metrics under the tabular heading 'performance' in a single colour to make comparison easier

Status tags were prominently displayed each with a specific colour assigned to it to help increase recall value for users.




FEATURE DESIGN
Push notifications and custom templates
Created custom templates for push notifications, which was a major product feature, that was to be launched in the upcoming quarter. It involved closely working with the development, sales and product managers to bring this to life.



Linking product catalog across all marketing channels
A product catalog to link all product data sets for customers was a key necessity for that quarter, where I worked on redesigning the existing layout in a more dynamic fashion.

Marketing Flows and Metrics
Tweaked the dashboard based on stakeholder insights that were provided by the product management team.

CONCLUSION
Working with the internal product team, I worked on around 4 major product feature releases and few minor product fixes for the brand.
